Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, you have to pay the half of the total amount via Credit Card or via PayPal before the work begins, and the other half when the work is finished.

When I accept your commission request, I will send you an invoice which you can use to pay the agreed amount. To comply with the local taxation laws, I will require you to share your name and your address, or your company info with me.

Sketching Stage

Once the payment has been processed, I will make a draft of your commission for approval. You can request any kind of changes in this phase for free.

When the draft is accepted by you, I move forward to the next stage.

Rendering Stage

I will send WIP images frequently to you. You can request minor changes during this stage (color change, texture change, corrections, etc.) for free. Any major change will cost an extra depending on the complexity of it.

Finishing Stage

In this stage the commission is mostly completed. I will add a final polishing and some special effects to the image.

When the finished artwork is ready, and you are satisfied with the result, I will send you an invoice for the second half of the payment. After it is paid, the high quality file will be delivered to you via e-mail or as a link to a file. After that I will consider the commission as done.

Workspeed

I always keep you updated with the progress and on any circumstances that may cause delays.

I’ll begin working on the commission once the payment is made, and conclude it by the date agreed via e-mails. Commissions are usually completed within 10 days depending on the complexity.
